SMOTASS is Successful Methodical Online Traders Accessing Speculative Sites. It is a clubhouse and a map for people who trade things that move: grains, cattle, energy, metals, rates, index futures, options, and crypto.
It is not a broker. It is not a signal service. It is a methodical link library plus a community front door, built by a webmaster who bookmarked the internet so you didn’t have to.
The mascot is a mule — stubborn about risk, willing to pack research, slightly smug about surviving the tiled-background era. We modernized the drawing. We did not replace it with a generic bull or bear.
Voice: veteran pit-and-screen trader. Warm, slightly irreverent, methodical. Wordplay is allowed. Crude-for-crude’s-sake is not. Affiliates get a label. Hearsay gets a label. Nobody gets a guaranteed fill.
